4-Axis Relative To Drive allows you to specify a tool axis that uses a 4-Axis rotation angle. This rotation angle effectively rotates the part about an axis as it would on a machine tool with a single rotary table. Unlike 4-Axis Normal to Drive, you may also define a lead and a tilt angle.

Lead Angle defines the angle of the tool forward or backward along the Tool Path. A positive Lead Angle value leans the tool forward based on the direction of the tool path. A negative Lead Angle value leans the tool backwards based on the direction of the tool path. The Lead Angle is measured off of the 4-Axis Rotation Angle.

Tilt Angle defines the angle of the tool side to side. A positive value tilts the tool to the right as you look in the direction of cut. A negative value tilts the tool to the left.

Interactively, this option works in the same way as 4-Axis Relative to Part. The lead and tilt angles, however, are referenced from the Drive Surface rather than the Part Surface. Because this option requires a Drive Surface it is only available if the Surface Area Drive Method is used.
