      <p class="para_topic">In order for the simulation to work correctly, you need to specify the geometry of the part. To do this:</p>

            <p class="para_item">In <b class="uiTerm">Manufacturing</b>, open the <b class="uiTerm">Setup Configurator</b> by selecting the <b class="uiTerm">Machine Tool Navigator</b> tab.

                        <p class="para_tip_body">Do not confuse the <b class="uiTerm">Setup Configurator</b> with the <b class="uiTerm">Machine Tool Builder</b>.             <p class="para_item">In the <b class="uiTerm">Machine Tool Navigator</b>, MB3 on NO_NAME and select <b class="uiTerm">Insert</b> &rarr; <b class="uiTerm">K-Component</b>. The <b class="uiTerm">Create K-Component</b> dialog opens. 
            </p>

            <p class="para_item">Enter a name for the K-component. This name is arbitrary, but we recommend using intuitive names for simplicity. We name this K-component PART.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Click <b class="uiTerm">Add</b>. The <b class="uiTerm">Class Selection</b> dialog opens.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select the part geometry in the graphics window. Its name appears in the list box in the <b class="uiTerm">Create K-component </b>dialog. 
            </p>

                        <p class="para_warning_body">When you select the geometry for a part, it is important that you select geometry that has an associative relationship to the geometry you selected for the operations you want to simulate. You could, for example, select the face of a solid or its edges. It is not sufficient to select a non-associative curve. The system requires this to create an In-Process Workpiece.</p>
