      <p class="para_topic">In order to machine a thread feature, the Form and Pitch of the tool should match with that of the thread feature. In addition, the insert length and the diameter of the tool also play an important role while generating the tool path.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">The diameter of the tool should be less than the diameter of the thread hole in case of the internal thread machining. Also, the flute length should be sufficient to machine the thread in a single engagement.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">You can select the suitable tool by activating the Select button under the Tool option in the Thread Milling main dialog. The Tool Selection dialog displays as described below.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Tool Selection </div>
      <p class="para_division">With the Tool Selection dialog you can create a new tool, edit, copy, delete, and rename an existing tool.&nbsp; You can specify a tool by selecting one from the list or creating a new one. This tool is associated with the operation. &nbsp;If you chose to create or edit, Thread Mill tool creation dialog appears.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Tool Creation</div>
      <p class="para_division">While creating the tool , you must enter the Pitch and Form which match with the Pitch and Form of the thread selected in Thread Geometry Selection Dialog.&nbsp;</p>
      <p class="para_division">For Internal threads the Cutter Diameter (D) should not be greater than Hole diameter.&nbsp; Processor checks whether the tool can fit into the hole and displays an error message if the tool does not fit into it.</p>
      <p class="para_division">Insert Length parameter is taken into account to compute the effective cutting length for determining the stepovers required for machining each thread length. This insert length should be less than cutter length and the number of teeth should be greater than the teethout defined.</p>
      <p class="para_division">Number of teeth = Insert Length / Pitch</p>
      <p class="para_division">Effective cutting length = ( Number of teeth - Teeth Out ) * Pitch</p>
      <p class="para_division">After selecting/creating the tool it can be displayed by activating the Display Tool button from the Thread Milling Main dialog.</p>
