      <p class="para_topic">The Preferences options allow you to customize certain parts of the Manufacturing Application.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Geometry Display Colors</div>
      <p class="para_division">The Selection/Highlights options determine the colors in which various geometry types will be displayed when created and highlighted by the Display button. These colors must be specified before the geometry is created.</p>

This applies to all machining methods (Planar/Cavity Mill, Surface Contouring, etc.) that allow the creation of Clearance geometry.</p>

               <p class="para_td">under Geometry Display Colors determines the color in which the cut region displays when using the new Area Milling Drive Method in Fixed Axis Surface Contouring.</p>

               <p class="para_td">Suspect Bounding Box</p>

               <p class="para_td">allows you to specify the display color used to display a bounding box around geometry that was detected as Suspect by an operation.</p>

               <p class="para_td">Top Off Level</p>

               <p class="para_td">allows you to specify the color of the top off level of operations that use cut levels.</p>

      </table><br><div class="title_division">Selection Types</div>
      <p class="para_division">Geometry Selection Types determines what the default Part, Blank, Check Geometry and Cut Areas selection options are set to when selecting geometry. These options may be set to Bodies, Faces, Curves, Surface Regions, or Faceted Bodies part or blank.</p>
      <div class="title_division"> Create Feature Groups from Machining Feature Manager</div>
      <p class="para_division">Selecting this check box activates the Create Geometry <img align="bottom" src="graphics/ico_t_create_geometry.gif" border="0"> icon in the Machining Feature Manager dialog. Select this check box when you want to create geometry groups in the Machining Feature Manager.
