<p CLASS=Paragraph>This command allows you to output a NC tape part number 
 statement and optionally man-readable partno codes at the start of the 
 punch tape file. See Initial Codes for the options available for outputting 
 start of tape codes.</p>

 requiring punch output in order to punch up to 66 characters (immediately 
 following PARTNO/) in legible format on the output tape - these are readable
