      <div class="title_topic4" id="xps10_pagetitle">Avoidance Geometry</div>

      <p class="para_topic">Avoidance Geometry allows you to specify, activate, cancel and manipulate points, lines or symbols. These points, lines or symbols help you define tool clearance motion before and after a Lathe operational sequence. This option also enables you to save the avoidance control parameters you have defined, which can then be retrieved for future operations. Refer to Avoidance Geometry in the Common Options section for details.</p>
      <div class="title_division"> Display Options</div>
      <p class="para_division">Display Options allows you to visualize the tool path you are constructing. You can display the tool and the tool path, the feed rate in text and in color, the line number as it will appear in the CLSF, and the direction of tool travel. You can also control the speed of the display on your screen. Refer to Display Options in the Common Options section for details.</p>
      <div class="title_division"> Machine Control</div>
      <p class="para_division">Machine Control provides options to Respecify Tool, allow Arc Output, Retrieve and Edit Startup and End-of-Path postprocessor commands, specify the Spindle Axis, and use Cutter Compensation. Refer to Machine Control in the Common Options section for details.</p>
      <div class="title_division"> Default Feed Rates</div>
      <p class="para_division">Default Feed Rates can differ for the several types of tool movement during the progress of the tool path. Also, you can express feedrate values in inches per minute or inches per revolution (IPM, IPR) - or millimeter per minute or millimeter per revolution (MMPM, MMPR) for metric parts. Refer to Default Feed Rates in the Common Options section for details.</p>
