      </table><br><p class="para_topic">You can define the following as a Start or Return point:</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Any point in the graphics window.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">A relative point expressed as a delta distance from the start of engage or end of retract move.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The same point as start and return point. </p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <div class="title_division">Point</div>
      <p class="para_division">You can specify any point in the graphics window as the Start or Return point. You can make this point associative, as follows:</p>
      <ol type="1" start="1">
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Click <img align="bottom" src="graphics/point_assoc.gif" border="0"> (<b class="uiTerm">Point</b> ) on the <b class="uiTerm">Curve</b> tool bar.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select the desired Start/Return point in the graphics window.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">In the avoidance dialog, select the newly-created associative point to be the Start or Return point.</p>
         </li>
      </ol>
      <p class="para_division">Now, if you move the point in the graphics window, the Start or Return point moves as well.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Delta</div>
      <p class="para_division">You can specify the Start or Return point to be a relative point associated to the operation's first engage movement (for the Start point) or the last retract movement (for the Return point). To do this, proceed as follows:</p>
      <ol type="1" start="1">
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">In the operation dialog, choose <b class="uiTerm">Avoidance</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Choose <b class="uiTerm">Motion to Start Point</b> or <b class="uiTerm">Motion to Return Point / Clearance Plane</b> .
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">In the <b class="uiTerm">Start point (ST)</b> or <b class="uiTerm">Return point (RT)</b> field, choose <b class="uiTerm">Delta</b> and <b class="uiTerm">Select</b>. .
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select the type and parameters of the point in the <b class="uiTerm">Start (or Return) Point by Delta</b> dialog as follows:

                                 <p class="para_item">Choose <b class="uiTerm">Angle(A)</b>. The <b class="uiTerm">Vector Constructor</b> dialog opens.
