      <p class="para_topic">This function returns the height of the active feature associated with the operation in which this function is called.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">The number to be returned is the value of the features height measured along the hole axis as defined in the operation. </p>
      <p class="para_topic">If an operation cycles through multiple features (tool path generation in Holemaking only), the current features height will always be returned.</p>

      <p class="para_division">$cut_depth &lt;&lt; ug_oper_askFeatureHeight()/ceiling(ug_oper_askFeatureHeight()/ug_param_askValue(&quot;Tool Diameter&quot;))</p>
      <p class="para_division">Calculates equal cut depths based on the features height and the tool diameter.</p>
