      <p class="para_division">This section determines the colors for various objects in Visualize.</p>

      </table><br><div class="title_division">Dynamic Material Removal Colors</div>
      <p class="para_division">Dynamic Material Removal allows you to select a color for the background and five additional colors to indicate which tool has removed the material. The system repeatedly cycles through the five colors, changing the color for each path.</p>

                  <p class="para_note_body">The initial settings for many of the settings in preferences are set in Customer Defaults. To access Customer Defaults go to File&rarr;Utilities&rarr;Customer Defaults&rarr;Manufacturing. If you find that you always want certain preferences set differently, you should change the setting in  <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('mfggeneral/cust_defaults.html');return(false);">Customer Defaults</a>. You can make the setting at the user, group, or site level. For more information on Customer Defaults see the Gateway Online Help.

      <div class="title_division">IPW Translucency</div>
      <p class="para_division">Defines the translucency of the IPW. The translucency can be in the range from 0 (= opaque) to 100 (=invisible).</p>

                  <p class="para_note_body">The Color and Translucency items are insensitive while the animation is running. When the animation is stopped and one of the options is changed, the IPW is immediately redrawn using the new color or translucency.</p>

      <div class="title_division">Animation Accuracy</div>
      <p class="para_division">For performance reasons, you can reduce the accuracy and the number of facets the system draws for the IPW.</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item"><b class="uiTerm">Fine</b> &mdash; draws the IPW with the best available accuracy.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item"><b class="uiTerm">Coarse</b> &mdash; reduces the accuracy during animation. When the animation stops, the IPW is redrawn in Fine resolution.
            </p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <p class="para_division">The Animation Accuracy is only used for displaying the IPW. It has no influence on the accuracy of the IPW itself.</p>

                  <p class="para_note_body">The Animation Accuracy is only used for milling operations and is unavailable for turning operations.</p>

      <div class="title_division">Chordal Tolerance</div>
      <p class="para_division">Chordal Tolerance defines the maximum linearization error for circular tool motions. </p>
      <div class="title_division">Tilt Tolerance </div>
      <p class="para_division">Tilt Tolerance defines the maximum linearization error for tool axis changes.</p>
