      <p class="para_topic">If you want to position a cutter at a given distance from a curve and/or with the centerline on a curve you must:</p>
      <ol type="1" start="1">
         <li>
            <p class="para_item"> <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('mfgturning/turn_teach.html');return(false);">Open the Teachmode Dialog</a>.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select the Linear Rapid icon  <img align="bottom" src="graphics/teach/rapid_icon.gif" border="0"> or Linear Feed  <img align="bottom" src="graphics/teach/lin_feed_icon.gif" border="0"> icon .
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select Curves from the End Point section, then choose Select. The End Position Dialog will open.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select whether you want to position to one or two curves. Positioning to two curves enables the following:</p>

         </li>

            <p class="para_item">Select a Tool Position. The positions available are as follows:</p>

                        <p class="para_note_body">If you define the end point using the Single Curve option, the resulting point will be the closest point on the curve relative to the current tool position. </p>

            <p class="para_item">Set desired stock.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select Curve by pressing Select. This brings up the Curve Selection Dialog.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">If you wish to position to two curves and have selected that option in step four, then you need to repeat steps 5-7 for the second curve.</p>
         </li>
