      <p class="para_topic">Within the Manufacturing Part Reports and Postprocessing dialogs, there are a variety of predefined formats (templates) for the output of documentation. There are also two different ways in which to distribute the templates: HTML format and Text (ASCII) format. Some templates are available in both HTML and text format while others are only available in one or the other. Where both formats are offered, the information is the same but the presentation is different.</p>
      <div class="title_division">HTML</div>
      <p class="para_division">HTML format is designed to be viewed by a browser or to be put on the internet. The HTML format gives you more options to work with when designing your template. You can display graphics and use links to lead you to more detail within the operation. Also, you can publish your HTML file on the Internet, allowing more people to view the Shop Documentation instantly.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Text (ASCII)</div>
      <p class="para_division">This option generates a text format that can be printed, read and distributed easily. It is best used when you need a Shop Documentation that does not have the need for graphics, links, or Internet display.</p>
      <p class="para_division">All of the provided Shop Documentation templates are available in the Manufacturing Part Reports dialog. Only the first four options are available in the Postprocessing dialog. </p>
