      <p class="para_topic">Once the part material, tool material, cut method, and cut depth parameters have been specified, the Reset from Table button in the Feeds and Speeds dialog uses these parameters to recommend appropriate Surface Speed and Feed per Tooth values extracted from predefined tables. These values are then used to calculate the Spindle Speed and some cutting feed rates, depending on the processor (Milling, Turning, and so on). </p>
      <p class="para_topic">You may override the system recommended values by entering values manually. If you enter a Spindle Speed, the system recalculates the Feed per Tooth and the Surface Speed. If you enter the Cut feed rate, the system recalculates the Spindle Speed and Feed per Tooth.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">The system automatically updates the Feeds and Speeds values based on the input that you enter. The Feeds and Speeds dialog enables you to view these values as well as enter values manually.</p>

               <p class="para_td">Surface Speed is the cutting speed of the tool. It is measured at the cutting edge of each tooth in surface feet or meters per minute. The system uses this value when calculating the Spindle Speed.</p>

               <p class="para_th">Feed per Tooth</p>
            </th>

               <p class="para_td">&nbsp;Feed per Tooth is a measurement of the amount of material removed per tooth. It is measured in inches or millimeters. The system uses this value when calculating the Cut Feed Rate.</p>

               <p class="para_th">Spindle Speed</p>
            </th>
            <td colspan="1" rowspan="1">
               <p class="para_td">Spindle Speed is a calculated value which determines how fast the tool spins and is measured in revolutions per minute.</p>

         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Press the Reset from Table button for the system to recommend feeds and speeds based on your input. &nbsp;The system extracts Surface Speed and Feed Per Tooth from tables based on your input. &nbsp;Other values are then calculated. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
