      <p class="para_topic">The Import tab under Program and Toolpath&rarr;Custom Command&rarr; Import, allows you to bring many useful procedures into your post, that you can add to various event markers. Instructions are included in the text of all of these system-provided utilities. You may also browse to import any of your own directories. The system syntactically checks any imported file for Tcl errors based on the options set for checking custom commands. See the section on  <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('postbuilder/op_val_cust_com.html');return(false);">error checking</a> for the options available for syntax checking.
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic">The files in the custom command directory have the extension .tcl and start with pb_cmd_. Each of these files contains one or more syntactically correct tcl procedures. &nbsp;</p>
      <p class="para_topic">Follow the steps below to import a custom command:</p>
      <ol type="1" start="1">
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The system lists all of the procedures located in the custom command. </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select the files you want to import out of all of the procedures in the command. </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Single click to view the procedure you want to look at and double click to de-select the file.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The system displays both the existing files and the one you are about to import. </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Files that already exist in your post contain a gold box with the word &quot;exists&quot; to their left. </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">De-select the file if you do not want to overwrite the existing file. </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The system only imports the procedures you have selected.</p>

      </ol>
