      <p class="para_topic">Cutting delivers control for a multitude of settings that are common to the cutting operation subtypes. For Finishing these options are as follows:</p>

               <p class="para_td">Tolerances allow you to set values for Intol and Outtol. The tolerance is applied to the part boundary and determines the acceptable amount of deviation from the boundary. The values that you enter under this menu become the Default values for boundary members that you selected with Default as the Tolerance status.</p>

               <p class="para_th">Cutter Clearance Angles</p>
            </th>
            <td colspan="1" rowspan="1" valign="top">
               <p class="para_td">Cutter clearance angles serve as protection angles. You may specify a First Cutting Edge and a Last Cutting Edge as clearance angles. These are considered during computation of the gouge-free tool path for all classes of turning tools which are available for Roughing and Finishing.</p>

               <p class="para_th">Minimum Clearance</p>
            </th>
            <td colspan="1" rowspan="1" valign="top">
               <p class="para_td">The Minimum Clearance values let you specify the minimum distance that has to be kept from the blank boundaries. You can define individual values for both blank diameters and blank faces. Whenever the tool has to traverse to a new cut region or a new profiling pass, the software will ensure that the traversal motions generated are free from collisions with the current in-process workpiece. For such traversals, you can use the minimum clearance parameters to define the minimum distance between tool path and in-process workpiece.</p>
