      <p class="para_topic">This example shows you how to specify the depth of the center drill operation, a factor of the diameter of the hole that is being machined.</p>

         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Click the Knowledge Fusion Navigator tab in the Resource Bar.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">In the Knowledge Fusion Navigator is a tree structure that begins with the root.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">There are two columns in the Knowledge Fusion Navigator: Name and Value. One of the nodes contains the Object Name SPOT_DRILL_CB_HOLE. This is the operation that is created for spot drilling purposes.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Expand this node. Under this is a node called Attributes.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Expand the attributes node and see the parameters clearance_distance, retract_dist and maximum_depth_distance, displayed in blue.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Double click the parameter maximum_depth_distance. The Edit Attribute dialog displays containing a field for entering the formula below:</p>

      <p class="para_topic">ug_oper_askFeatureAttributeValue(&quot;Hole Diameter&quot;, Number) * 0.2</p>
      <p class="para_topic">This is saying that the depth value is 20% of the diameter of the feature. The ug_oper_askFeatureAttributeValue has to be used to access the parameters of the feature through an operation. Click OK to exit the dialog.</p>
