      <p class="para_topic">You must position the MCS properly in order to post and simulate.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">If you retrieve the machine from the library into your CAM part, you have to mount the part onto the machine. </p>
      <p class="para_topic">In order to post, and therefore also simulate, correctly without specially customized MTD files, take the following into consideration (<b class="uiTerm">MTD</b> or <b class="uiTerm">CSE</b> models):
      </p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">For 4- and 5-axis machines, the Z-axis of the MCS must be parallel to the Z-axis of the machine defined using the <b class="uiTerm">Machine Tool Builder</b>. Additionally, if either rotary component is in the table, the X and Y-axes must also be parallel to the physical X and Y machine axes.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">If you turn on the <b class="uiTerm">NC Axis</b> option for the XYZABC machine axes in the Machine Tool Builder, you are free to position the origin of the MCS where you like. Posting and simulation output are then with respect to this point. If you do not turn on the <b class="uiTerm">NC Axis</b> option, the pre-NX 3 postprocessor is used. In that case, you must follow certain restrictions when positioning the origin of the MCS. Specifically, the MCS origin must correspond to the axis junction of the most dependent rotary table axis.
            </p>

      </ul>
