      </table><br><p class="para_topic">The synchronization manager displays machining times at the beginning of each row in the channel list. The time indicates the starting time of each event. The start time of the next event in the list indicates the end time of the previous event, except in the case of synchronization events. You can see the elapsed time for an event by using the Open time chart icon  <img align="bottom" src="graphics/icon_open_time_chrt.gif" border="0"> to open the time chart at the bottom of the synchronization manager.

      <p class="para_topic">The time chart shows the machining times for each channel as bars over a time axis.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">The time chart has the following features:</p>

               <p class="para_td">For each channel, you see a horizontal bar split into several shorter bars of different colors. The different colors indicate the type of work a channel is doing at a specific time, such as rapid move, cutting move, or waiting. You can define the colors used for the machine times in the customer preferences. The system provides five separate categories for these, each of which you can assign an individual color: </p>

                  </li>
                  <li>
                     <p class="para_item">Tool changes</p>
                  </li>

               <p class="para_td">If you want to see fewer colors, you can assign the same color to multiple categories (for example, a single color for both rapid and cutting motions).</p>

               <p class="para_td">The Display Legend icon opens the legend at the bottom of the time chart. The legend gives you an overview of all colors and symbols used in the time chart.</p>

               <p class="para_td">The red vertical line shows the position of the line currently selected in the channel lists. You can choose another position simply by clicking on it in the time chart or in the synchronization manager.</p>
