      <p class="para_topic">This parameter defines how your postprocessor handles the RTRCTO parameter in a canned cycle block. The RTRCTO parameter, when specified, causes an additional retraction after the canned cycle is completed. The RTRCTO position is determined by adding the RTRCTO parameter to the top of the hole position along the spindle axis. The following options are available in Post Builder in order for you to define your output. </p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">None The option None means that the system ignores the parameter. &nbsp;The postprocessor assumes that the canned cycle controls this function. </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">K The option K outputs a K word in the canned cycle block. Kearney &amp; Trecker controls specifically use this option. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">G98/G99 The setting of G98/G99 includes a G98 or G99 code in each canned cycle block. Fanuc controls uses this option to determine whether the tool retracts to the R plane or the last non cycle Z position before the canned cycle. The parameter RTRCTO,MANUAL causes the post to output a G99 and the parameter RTRCTO,AUTO causes the postprocessor to output a G98.</p>
            <p class="para_item">To use the G98/99 functionality from GPM/MDFG in Postbuilder:</p>

                  <p class="para_item">Add the G_return (G98/G99) word address to your cycle block.</p>
               </li>
               <li>
                  <p class="para_item">Set the retract type in common cycle parameters to <b class="uiTerm">Rapid Spindle</b>.

         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Rapid Spindle The setting of Rapid Spindle causes the postprocessor to output a rapid move along the tool axis after each canned cycle to the retract to position. </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Cycle Off then Rapid Spindle The setting of Cycle Off then Rapid Spindle causes the postprocessor to cancel the canned cycle and then output a rapid move along the tool axis after each canned cycle to the retract to position. </p>
