When you have viewed the Program Order View and seen the order in which the operations are going to be machined, you can analyze the situation and decide if it is arranged in the most efficient way. If you decide that some operations need to be rearranged to make the program more efficient, it is easy to rearrange the operations in the Program Order View. For example, if are trying to reduce tool changes you can either choose to change the order of the operations, or change the tool that the operation uses. Changing the order of the operations is most easily done in the Program Order View. Changing the tool the operation uses is most easily done in the Tool View. This is because the Program Order View groups the operations together in chronological order and the Tool View groups the operations by the tool.
