      <p class="para_topic">The Scrolled Window option is a way of creating scroll windows in your dialog. When you click on the Scrolled Window Icon,  <img align="bottom" src="graphics/cust_scrol_win.gif" border="0">, two items appear in the Available Items list that are used to specify a range of parameters.
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic">The following figure shows an example of how the Start Scroll and End Scroll Items can be positioned in the Items Used list to create a scrolled window in the customized dialog.</p>

      <p class="para_topic">In the above figure, there are 5 items (including separator lines) between Start Scroll and End Scroll in the Items Used list. Because Preferences&rarr;Manufacturing&rarr;General&rarr;Scrollable Items has been set to Four, only four of the seven items (including separator lines) can appear at one time in the scrolled window in the customized operation parameters dialog.</p>

      <p class="para_topic">You can position some options side by side in the customized dialog by using the Group icon. You cannot limit the option menus. For example, you cannot limit the Cut Method option menu in Planar Milling to show only the Follow Periphery and Zig cut types.</p>
