            <p class="para_item">Use the <b class="uiTerm">Flange Profile</b> selection step to select the curve or edges representing the shape of the flange you want to create.
            </p>
         </li>

            <p class="para_item">Use the <b class="uiTerm">Flange End</b> selection step to select the curve or edge(s) representing the shape of the end of the flange you want to create.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Use the <b class="uiTerm">Base Location</b> selection step to select or define a point that defines the location of the base along the flange direction. &nbsp;
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Use the <b class="uiTerm">Start Orientation</b> selection step to select a plane that defines the start and orientation of the flange steel along the flange profile.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Use the <b class="uiTerm">End Orientation</b> selection step to select a plane that defines the end and orientation of the flange steel along the flange profile.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Use the <b class="uiTerm">Back Shape</b> selection step to select plane(s) that define the shape of the flange steel base opposite the cutting edge. If you do not make any selection for this step, a base is not created.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">(Optional) Use the <b class="uiTerm">Sheet Metal</b> selection step to select a sheet body representing the shape of the formed part. &nbsp;
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Use the <b class="uiTerm">Cam Direction</b> selection step to specify a vector defining the direction of the flange steel travel. If you do not define a direction, the default direction of -Z absolute is used.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">(Optional) Use the <b class="uiTerm">Plane subfunction</b> to define a plane. This plane is used as input geometry in the current selection step.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">(Optional) Use the Feature List to create features on the flange steel. Select one or more features in the list and right-click to open the shortcut menu and access the available options. Create and edit functions let you define or edit the features.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Enter the desired <b class="uiTerm">Overhang</b> value.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Specify the <b class="uiTerm">Entrance</b> type and the appropriate value.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Specify the type of Flange Steel that is being defined or created.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Specify which ends of the steel will have joint relief.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Choose <b class="uiTerm">OK</b> or <b class="uiTerm">Apply</b> to create the DIE_FLANGE_STEEL feature.
            </p>
            <p class="para_item">The flange steel feature is created in the current work part, if a part attribute does not exist in a part file in the current subassembly structure. If this attribute exists, the feature is created in the part file, with the title specified by the <b class="uiTerm">Creation Part Attribute Title/Reference Set Name</b> customer default for the respective die component. If a reference set exists in the part file with the specified name, then the output solid of the feature is added to that reference set.
            </p>
            <p class="para_item">If the <b class="uiTerm">Create Component</b> customer default is selected, then a new part file is created and added to the work part or the part file found as a component, and the flange steel is created in this new part file.
            </p>
            <p class="para_item">The name of the new part file is the parent part file name with a suffix of an underscore and an incremented number (_1, _2, _3 &hellip;). The next unused number is used, filling in available gaps, based on names already in the assembly. If a file in the current subassembly has a part attribute title specified by <b class="uiTerm">Start Part Attribute Title</b>, then input data is linked from the part file it is in, first to this part file, and then to the final file.
