      <div class="title_division">Description</div>
      <p class="para_division">This check will analyze all interior and exterior trimming curves to ensure radii are optimal for manufacturing. Both invalid radii and mission radii are reported.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Purpose</div>
      <p class="para_division">To ensure radii are large enough so hand finishing is not required, or die steels do not fracture prematurely.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Computational Method</div>
      <ol type="1" start="1">
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Edges from the trim line are extracted and projecting into the plane of the trimming direction. (All radii are analyzed in a plane.)</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The project curves are broken (simplified) into arcs and lines.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">A nonconformance is reported for any sharp locations found.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">A radius will pass if it is greater than the max required in the Trim Corner Radii chart, or fail if it is smaller than the minimum allowable. If the radius is greater than the minimum allowable, and less than the maximum allowable, then the angle the radius makes with its neighboring segments must be computed, and then used with the Trim Corner Radii chart to see if the radius is large enough. The angle computation method is shown below, along with the Trim Corner Radii chart.</p>
