            <td bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><a name="lower_post_lower_post_dialog_mn_line_ctr_prof"></a><p class="para_td"><img align="bottom" src="graphics/main_wll_prof_ico.gif" border="0">Main Wall Centerline Profile (optional) - &nbsp;Lets you specify the 2D or 3D curve(s) that define the centerline of the main wall. Specifying this profile overrides the main wall that would be built with the Trim/Flange Profile section.
               </p>
               <p class="para_td"><img align="bottom" src="graphics/base_flan_pro_ico.gif" border="0">Base Flange Profile (optional) - Lets you specify the 2D or 3D curve(s) that define the limit for the post flange outside the main wall. 
               </p><a name="lower_post_lower_post_dialog_base_orient"></a><p class="para_td"><img align="bottom" src="graphics/base_orient_ico.gif" border="0">Base Orientation - Lets you select a plane to identify the base of the post.  
               </p>
               <p class="para_td"><img align="bottom" src="graphics/trimstl_shtmetal_ico.gif" border="0">Sheet Metal (optional) - Lets you specify the sheet metal to use as the contoured top surfaces. Required for Flange Post construction.  
               </p>
               <p class="para_td"><img align="bottom" src="graphics/trimstl_asst_csys_ico.gif" border="0">Die Centerline CSYS (optional) - Lets you specify a CSYS to use in the construction of tree features such as keyways and ribbing. 
               </p>
               <p class="para_td"><img align="bottom" src="graphics/closed_start_ico.gif" border="0">Closed Start Orientation - Optionally lets you specify a point for the closed profile to move the start point to. During construction, the start point for the curve is moved to the longest outer flat segment of the closed loop. This option lets you force the start point to this specified orientation. This step may be crucial when you are defining a law and how it relates to the start and end of a closed loop. 
               </p><a name="lower_post_lower_post_dialog_clos_strt_orient"></a><p class="para_td">Note that for this option to be effective, you must select the Align Start Orientation option (described below) to redefine the start of the closed profile.</p>
               <p class="para_td"><img align="bottom" src="graphics/tree_node_ico.gif" border="0">Tree Node - Lets you select objects from the graphics window, and highlights their associated nodes in the tree listing. Objects you can select are controlled by filter.

               <p class="para_td">Lists the optional features that can be created on the post. In general, this list allows you to create, edit, and delete features on the component. Select a feature, then click the right mouse button to activate available functions. Double-click on the item to display the dialog for that feature. </p>
               <p class="para_td">The following features are listed in the tree:</p>
               <p class="para_td">Deck Definition - displays a dialog to define the deck inputs for the post.                </p>
               <p class="para_td">Trim/Flange Profiles - displays a dialog to define additional trim or flange profiles. Each contiguous set of profiles is used to define a unique trim or flange tree item. The profiles can be open or closed. The supporting wall can optionally be built for this area and is a simple offset of the profile.                </p>
               <p class="para_td">Main Wall Connecting Profiles - displays a dialog to define additional connecting profiles for the wall profile. See  <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('diedesign/diedes_common_diefeat_list.html');return(false);">Common Die Features</a> - Connecting Profiles for more detail.
               </p>
               <p class="para_td">Base Flange Fill Areas - displays a dialog to define a closed area for base flange fill areas. The output of this option is an area that is added from the Lower Post.                </p>
               <p class="para_td">Machine Reliefs - displays a dialog to define areas of machine relief. See  <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('diedesign/diedes_common_diefeat_list.html');return(false);">Common Die Features</a> - Machine Relief for more detail.
               </p>
               <p class="para_td">Outer Wall Rib Areas - displays a dialog to define additional casting added to the outer wall. The output of this option is an area that is added to the Lower Post on the main wall.                </p>

               </p>
               <p class="para_td">Strengthening Ribs - Ribbing is created internal to the Main Wall.                </p>
               <p class="para_td">Secondary Decks - displays a dialog to define a secondary deck profile. The output of this option is a secondary deck added to the Lower Post.                </p>
               <p class="para_td">Fill Areas - displays a dialog to define a closed area for fill. This area is filled from sheet metal to the base. See  <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('diedesign/diedes_common_diefeat_list.html');return(false);">Common Die Features</a> - Product Contact Fill Areas for more detail.
               </p>
               <p class="para_td">Product Contact Fill Areas - displays a dialog to define a closed area for product contact fill. The area filled is restricted to the upper deck (closest to the sheet metal) between the sheet metal and the interior deck.                <p class="para_td">Steel Insert Pockets - displays a dialog where you can specify the geometric and numeric input that controls the steel insert pockets for the post.</p>

               <p class="para_td">Slug Holes - displays a dialog to define the slug hole and the intended path for the slug to exit. The pads can be placed in any location at any orientation and will build to the desired depth.
               </p>
               <p class="para_td">Lifter Clearances - displays a dialog to define clearance areas for lifter mechanisms.                <p class="para_td">Scrap Areas - creates a void from top to bottom in the casting. Used to &quot;clear&quot; areas for internal trims that aren't closed loops, and where the scrap would &quot;fall&quot; through.                      <p class="para_item">Internally re-specify the start location of the closed profile, as long as the Closed Start Orientation option (described above) is not selected, or</p>

                     <p class="para_item">Use the Closed Start Orientation option if it is selected to re-specify the start location. </p>
                  </li>
               </ul>
               <p class="para_td">Ideally, the start location of a closed profile should be along the longest convex hull (the longest flat where offsetting the curve can be uniformly done). The start location should not be at, or near, corner points. </p>
               <p class="para_td">If the Align Start Orientation option is not selected, the start point will not be moved.</p>
