      </table><br><p class="para_topic">This option lets you specify the numeric input that controls the wall and flange cross section dimensions of the lower post.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">You enter this dialog from the main Lower Post dialog by double-clicking on the root node.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">The base flange can be specified as an offset of the main wall through the Base Thickness and Base Width parameters. If either of these is zero, then no flange is created unless you specify a Flange Profile on the main application dialog.</p>
