Each step in the navigation tree represents a process to create a tire motion envelope. Since your main tasks are to define the tires and the tire positions, Object Definition and Motion Path are the only required steps.

Here are some useful points in navigating the wizard pages:

The Next button becomes available when you have completed all required information on any one step.

If desired, you can bypass the Back and Next buttons and double-click on items in the navigation, completing the steps in any order.

When you have completed enough of the steps to generate a simulation, go to the last page and click Finish to create the motion envelope. If you did not previously specify that you intended to create a motion envelope, clicking Finish exits the wizard.

As you complete each step, a check appears in the respective step box. You can clear a check box to let the system temporarily disregard the data created for the step during the emulation.

You can select any step and then use MB3 to get a context menu of options for the step. Double-click a step to execute the default MB3 popup option (Edit is the only option choice for this wizard).

Note that steps in the navigation tree may change as you define the simulation.

Finish Step is the only step whose only option is either on or off, selected or cleared.

Use the Clearance Browser to check for clearances and Finish Step to flag interferences as they occur.
