      <p class="para_division"><b class="uiTerm">Fine Blanking </b>allows you to create highly accurate profiles for holes, blanks, or parts through setting variable die-punch clearances according to your company's standards and practices guidelines.
      </p>
      <p class="para_division">Use <b class="uiTerm">Fine Blanking</b> to create features that do not require costly finishing operations like drilling, reaming, and milling. Exacting specifications are achieved in one pass of the press without downstream finishing procedures. <b class="uiTerm">Fine Blanking</b> enables a repeatable, precision manufacturing process for critical components.

      <p class="para_division"><b class="uiTerm">Application&rarr;Progressive Die Wizard&rarr;Piercing Insert&rarr;FineBlanking</b></p>
      <div class="title_division">Using the Fine Blanking Option </div>
      <p class="para_division">Fine blanking is required when the manufacturer requires a high degree of accuracy in sheetmetal components that will be mass produced.  Changes to the shape of the piercing punch by small offset values based on a relationship to the thickness of the material affects the quality of the pierce. </p>
      <p class="para_division"><b class="uiTerm">Fine Blanking</b> is available as a mode switch option on the <b class="uiTerm">Piercing Insert Design</b> dialog box.

            <p class="para_item">In <b class="uiTerm">Progressive Die Wizard</b>, open a <b class="uiTerm">Progressive Die</b> project with finished a strip layout and die base. 
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">On the <b class="uiTerm">Progressive Die Wizard </b>toolbar, click <b class="uiTerm">Piercing Insert Design</b>. 
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select an appropriate scrap to offset. </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Click <b class="uiTerm">Create User Defined Punch</b> and click <b class="uiTerm">Apply</b>. 
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">On the <b class="uiTerm">Piercing Insert Design</b> dialog box, select <b class="uiTerm">Fine Blanking</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">On the <b class="uiTerm">Piercing Insert Design</b> dialog box, select <b class="uiTerm">Offset Punch</b>. 
            </p>
            <p class="para_item">The list of scrap outline and offset values will appear in the <b class="uiTerm">Sort By</b> window. The offset values are controlled by a user defined spreadsheet.  You can interactively change the offset values and save them on the spreadsheet. 
            </p>
