               <p class="para_td">This method is based on the Bayer threshold matrices and produces 64 shades of each primary.</p>

               <p class="para_td">This method is based on the Bayer threshold matrices and produces 1024 shades of each primary.</p>
               <p class="para_td">Ordered 4x4</p>
               <p class="para_td">This method is based on the Ordered threshold matrices and produces 16 shades of each primary.</p>

               <p class="para_td">This method is based on the Ordered threshold matrices and produces 64 shades of each primary.</p>

               <p class="para_td">This method is based on the Magic Square threshold matrices and produces 16 shades of each primary.</p>
               <p class="para_td">Floyd Steinberg (Error Diffusion)</p>
               <p class="para_td">Error Diffusion is a technique used in computer graphics to create the illusion of varying shades of gray (on a monochrome display or printer) or additional colors (on a color display or printer). Dithering treats areas of an image as groups of dots and takes advantage of the eye's tendency to blur spots of different colors by averaging their effects. Dithering is used to add realism to images and soften jagged edges of graphics.</p>
               <p class="para_td">Pseudo Diffusion</p>
               <p class="para_td">Pseudo Diffusion is a proprietary dithering technique which combines the quality of Error Diffusion while taking advantage of the speed of dither patterns.</p>

               <p class="para_th">Gamma Correction </p>
            </th>
            <td colspan="1" rowspan="1">
               <p class="para_td">Controls the overall brightness of an image. The higher the number, the brighter the image. Typical ranges would be from 3 to 50. </p>

               <p class="para_th">CGM Rendering Parameters</p>
            </th>
            <td colspan="1" rowspan="1">
               <p class="para_td">Exchange Black and White</p>
               <p class="para_td">Exchanges black and white. Most commonly used when plotting a drawing which has a black background and has elements in white. Used mainly when ignoring the background color while plotting.</p>
               <p class="para_td">Mirror Image</p>
               <p class="para_td">This may be useful when transparent film is the plotting medium and prints are to be made from the film by a contact photographic process. Better quality prints are typically obtained when the emulsion side of the film is in contact with the print paper.</p>
               <p class="para_td">Transparent Mode</p>
               <p class="para_td">By CGM convention, a new element will obscure all elements previously drawn. If this parameter is selected, all elements become transparent. For example, if a yellow circle were drawn partially covering a blue rectangle, the areas common to both would appear green.</p>
               <p class="para_td">Map All Non-white Colors to Black</p>
               <p class="para_td">This causes all colors that are not 100% white to be displayed as 100% black. This feature is most commonly used to override the grayscale default when plotting to monochrome plotters.</p>
               <p class="para_td">Logical or Whites of Cell Arrays</p>
               <p class="para_td">This causes white in cell array elements to be drawn transparently so that non-white colors in underlying elements are not replaced. All non-white cell array elements are drawn opaquely so that underlying elements are replaced.</p>
               <p class="para_td">Scale Character Line Weight As A Function Of Height</p>
               <p class="para_td">Overrides the implied thickness of lines used to stroke text characters and use a stroked line thickness if 1/14th of the character height.</p>

            </th>

               <p class="para_td">These are additional arguments used by the CGM banding software (Pre-Process) or the main rasterizing module (Rendering). </p>

               <p class="para_td">You can add the following arguments to control the CGM banding software: </p>
               <p class="para_td">+nomap </p>
               <p class="para_td">Does not map colors to the pen table; generates pens of exact color and width needed in the HPGL file and does not multistroke. This option overrides +pena and -multi. </p>
               <p class="para_td">+pena </p>
               <p class="para_td">Puts pen attibutes in the output HPGL file. </p>
               <p class="para_td">-multi </p>
               <p class="para_td">Does not multistroke lines thicker than the pen width. </p>

               <p class="para_td">When printing grayscale, this darkens light-colored lines. </p>

               <p class="para_td">Prints a mirror image. </p>
               <p class="para_td">+es </p>
               <p class="para_td">Adds extra whitespace to the end of the printed image. </p>
               <p class="para_td">+BR[%d] </p>
               <p class="para_td">Boosts red by %d/100. </p>
               <p class="para_td">+BG[%d] </p>
               <p class="para_td">Boosts green by %d/100. </p>
               <p class="para_td">+BB[%d] </p>
               <p class="para_td">Boosts blue by %d/100. </p>
               <p class="para_td">+lw[%d] </p>
               <p class="para_td">Forces all line widths to %d VDC width </p>

               <p class="para_td">You can add the following arguments to control output formats including HP-RTL used for the majority of HP plotters: </p>
               <p class="para_td">+FAST1000 +BI </p>
               <p class="para_td">Allows very fast plotting to InkJet plotters by optimizing the RTL format which takes advantage of bi-directional plotting. Change +FAST1000 to +FAST750 or +FAST450 depending on the model plotter you wish to use. </p>
