      </table><br><p class="para_topic">The primary workflow for this functionality is the initial design of structural (load bearing) sections for automotive body in white (BIW) components.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">If you use a current production vehicle as the basis for a new design, a series of reference sections are created.</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Sections are created parallel to the absolute X, Y, and Z-axes or perpendicular to a spline.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Sections are cut at 100mm intervals or some other suitable, but constant, spacing.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The mass properties of each section are displayed as labels, along with the cut section curves.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The properties are exported to a spreadsheet for use in hand calculations and to allow you to plot the structural properties on graphs.</p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <p class="para_topic">Once you start to define new sections, possibly based on the ones determined above, the display of section properties is used to assist in the creation of sections that possess the desired sectional properties (for strength, for example) as well as fit within the required packaging space. In this case:</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">A sketch is created and the properties are derived from curves within the sketch.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Sections may be open or closed.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Sections are adjusted until a desired set of section properties is achieved, when you change curves.</p>
         </li>
