      <p class="para_topic"> Tools&rarr;Goal Seek uses the traditional numerical analysis solving techniques for solving for roots of equations, but adds the expression update mechanism to the normal recalculation process in the spreadsheet. This means that NX parameter values are updated into the part, the part recalculates the geometry, and the spreadsheet can then read back values, such as mass properties from the part as values in the goal seek.</p>
      <p class="para_topic"> The second part of goal seek is called  <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('shared_func/tls_spd_mod_gs_ganaly_r.html');return(false);">Goal Analysis</a>. This function will create a graph of the output of a function. The graph can be used to find good initial values for goal seek or to better understand how expressions will respond to changes of the input.
