      <p class="para_division">These files and other Session Manager required files are located in the directory pointed to by the UGII_LI_LAYLA_DIR environment variable. Note: All materials library archive files that you acquire in the future must reside in this directory.</p>
      <div class="title_division">License Information</div>
      <p class="para_division">LightWorks has a collaborative agreement with many companies, such as Mold-Tech of Standex International, to distribute their materials through archive files. Most of these archives will be licensed. Please contact your archive supplier for the license information. License information must be stored in the licence.txt file in the directory pointed to by the environment variable UGII_LI_LAYLA_DIR. </p>

      <div class="title_division">Opening a Non-Validated Licensed Archive File</div>
      <p class="para_division">If you try to open a non-validated licensed archive file using the Materials Library Navigator, the system displays the Archive Validation dialog. This dialog requests that you enter the license information. To indicate that the part contains unvalidated licensed archive materials, the system outputs a warning message to the syslog, as shown below:</p>

      </table><br><p class="para_division">After receiving the license-key from Lightworks, you can either enter it manually into the licence.txt file in the UGII_LI_LAYLA_DIR directory or copy and paste it into the High Quality Image&rarr;Archive dialog.</p>
      <p class="para_division">The display of copy protected materials in Studio Display Mode and High Quality Shade will not be correct if the machine has no license for these materials.</p>
      <p class="para_division">After you acquire the proper license using the Archive Validation dialog, a regeneration is needed to update the display of these copy protected materials in the Studio Display Mode.</p>
      <p class="para_division">The LightWorks user web site, http://www.lightworks-user.com/, contains a range of downloadable archives, both free and for purchase.</p>
