In this mode, you specify an image file (TIFF, JPEG, PNG or BMP) that contains a logo and a transparent color, typically the color used for the area outside of the logo. You can use this option with both High Quality Image and Studio Display.

To determine the RGB values for the transparent color, on Windows, you can use popular programs such as Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop. On Unix, you can use "xv". Use the middle mouse button (MB2) to click on a pixel.

When you apply the Simple Decal material to a surface, only the logo becomes visible. The rest of the area containing the transparent color inherits the surface color.
