      <p class="para_topic">When activated, the Depth of Field option simulates the effect of depth created by a camera lens. A focal distance is set, and the further from this focal distance the object is, the more blurred it becomes.</p>

                  <p class="para_note_body">  In order for this effect to work, the  Perspective option must be turned on and a Distance must be set in the Perspective dialog of the Visualization Preferences.</p>

      <p class="para_topic">The Depth of Field effect is controlled by the following parameters:</p>
      <div class="title_division">Lens Size</div>
      <p class="para_division">The Lens Size option determines the length of the lens. Some typical lengths were chosen for the lens that include:</p>
      <p class="para_division">28mm - very wide angle</p>
      <p class="para_division">35mm</p>
      <p class="para_division">50mm - typical camera lens</p>
      <p class="para_division">70mm</p>
      <p class="para_division">105mm</p>
      <p class="para_division">135mm - portrait lens</p>
      <p class="para_division">210mm</p>
      <p class="para_division">300mm - a long telephoto lens</p>
      <div class="title_division">Aperture</div>
      <p class="para_division">The Aperture option controls the f-stop of the lens. Some typical camera f-stops were chosen. The image will be more in focus with higher f-stop numbers. The following f-stops are available:</p>
      <p class="para_division">f2.8</p>
      <p class="para_division">f5.6</p>
      <p class="para_division">f8</p>
      <p class="para_division">f11</p>
      <p class="para_division">f16</p>
      <p class="para_division">f22</p>
      <div class="title_division">Focal Distance</div>
      <p class="para_division">The Focal Distance option sets the distance from the lens to the focal point where items will be in focus. </p>
