      </table><br><p class="para_topic">With the File -&rarr; Plot dialog, you define a plot job by specifying plot content options. The File -&rarr; Plot dialog and its subordinate dialogs permit you to specify a wide variety of options, including:</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The colors and widths applied to plot geometry.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The tolerance or smoothness of arcs generated for plotting</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The attributes of the banner, an optional block of text information that can be added to a plot. </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The content of the job name assigned to the plot job.</p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <p class="para_topic">In general, at the start of each NX session, the system initializes plotting options according to customer default settings (File -&rarr; Utilities -&rarr; Customer Defaults). Some plotting options specify numeric dimensions, especially options related to banners and widths. For these options, only the customer default settings expressed in the default part units are used. That is, if the default part units are set to metric in the customer defaults file, then only metric settings of customer defaults for plotting options are used to initialize the options.</p>
