      <p class="para_division">GRIP is a programming language similar in many ways to FORTRAN. Using a vocabulary of English-like words, GRIP can perform most of the operations in NX and its associated applications. In some cases, GRIP can be used to perform advanced, customized operations more efficiently than they can be done in interactive NX.</p>

      <p class="para_division">Open C and C++ API (formerly known as User Function) is a programming interface that enables the development of programs to interact with NX components, files, and object data.</p>
