      </table><br><p class="para_topic">To search for a customer default:</p>
      <ol type="1" start="1">
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Open the <b class="uiTerm">Find Default</b> dialog box by clicking <b class="uiTerm">Find Default</b> <img align="bottom" src="graphics/defs_find.gif" border="0"> in the <b class="uiTerm">Customer Defaults</b> dialog box.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">In the field at the top of the <b class="uiTerm">Find Default</b> dialog box, key in a string of words that you believe are associated with the default (e.g., part of the default name or description).
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Click <b class="uiTerm">Find</b>.
            </p>
            <p class="para_item">If the system finds any defaults that include the words or letters that you entered, those defaults appear in the <b class="uiTerm">Defaults Found</b> list.
            </p>
            <p class="para_item">The system shows only defaults that contain the words or letters from the search string in order, with no other words in between. </p>
            <p class="para_item">The search is case sensitive.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">If you do not find the default that you were expecting, try changing the case of the initial letters (e.g., search for Part if part failed), or try using a shorter search string (e.g., just Component if Add Component failed). You could also try a similar word (e.g., try Edit if Modify failed).</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">If you want to sort the <b class="uiTerm">Defaults Found</b> list by one of its columns, click the column title.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">You can export the <b class="uiTerm">Defaults Found</b> list to your browser or a spreadsheet by moving the cursor over a column title (or below the last item) and right-clicking.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">If you double-click on a default in the list, the <b class="uiTerm">Customer Defaults</b> dialog box scrolls to the application, category, and tabbed page where the default is located.
            </p>
         </li>
