      <p class="para_topic"> Specify a plane by selecting a curve and a point on the plane. The plane specified is perpendicular to the curve at the point that is the minimum distance point between the curve and the input point.</p>
      <p class="para_topic"> Select an existing curve that is perpendicular to a plane. The system displays the  <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('shared_func/com_ptcon_d.html');return(false);">Point Constructor</a>. Then, specify a point that defines the plane.
