      </table><br><p class="para_topic">These options let you selectively import or export materials, textures and light definitions from pre-defined ASCII files.</p>
      <ol type="1" start="1">
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Choose <b class="uiTerm">View</b> &rarr; <b class="uiTerm">Visualization</b> &rarr; <b class="uiTerm">High Quality Image</b>. This displays the High Quality Image dialog.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Click the <b class="uiTerm">Import from LWK File</b> icon. This displays the <b class="uiTerm">Import Materials/Textures/Lights from LWK File</b> dialog.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Navigate to the location where your system stores .lwk files and select a .lwk file.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">To import all of the materials, lights, and textures in the selected file, clear the <b class="uiTerm">Choose Objects</b> check box and skip to step 9; To select from a list of defined materials, lights, and textures in the selected file, select the <b class="uiTerm">Choose Objects</b> check box.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Click <b class="uiTerm">OK</b>. This displays the <b class="uiTerm">Import Object Selection</b> dialog.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">(Optional) Click the <b class="uiTerm">Filter System Materials/Textures from Candidate List</b> icon to filter out system materials.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Copy any combination of materials, textures, or lights to the <b class="uiTerm">Object to Import</b> list box by selecting a <b class="uiTerm">Current Object Type</b> and any item from the <b class="uiTerm">Candidate Objects</b> list box.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">(Optional) To delete an item from the <b class="uiTerm">Object to Import</b> list box, click on an item.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Click <b class="uiTerm">OK</b> or <b class="uiTerm">Apply</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">If you selected a combination of materials and textures, the software displays a <b class="uiTerm">Material/Texture Combinations</b> message box. To combine materials and textures, click <b class="uiTerm">Yes</b>; otherwise, click <b class="uiTerm">No</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
      </ol>
      <p class="para_topic">The previous procedure adds the combined materials, textures, and lights to the Materials in Part palette.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">If you selected a combination of materials and textures, the software displays the <b class="uiTerm">Material/Texture Combination</b> dialog.  This allows you to combine materials, textures, and lights into single entities that you can apply to a model. For more information, see Combining Materials and Textures, below.
      </p>
      <div class="title_division">Combining Materials and Textures</div>
      <p class="para_division">You can combine materials, textures, and lights, making it possible to apply a single material to a model. For example, if a .lwk file contained the following options:</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Steel material</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Gold material</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Cast texture</p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <p class="para_division">If you choose Yes at the <b class="uiTerm">Material/Texture Combinations</b> message box, it produces the following:
      </p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Steel Cast (material/texture combination)</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Gold Cast (material/texture combination)</p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <p class="para_division">This creates many material/texture combinations that you can now apply to a model.</p>
      <div class="title_division">About LWK Files</div>
      <p class="para_division"> The extension for these definition files is &quot;.lwk&quot;. These would be files that would have been generated in a previous release using the Export option.</p>

                  <p class="para_note_body">If a material, light, or texture already exists in the current part, the import function will present a dialog asking if the existing objects should be replaced with new objects. If you select Yes, then all duplicates will be replaced with the new definitions. If you select No, then no updates will be made to duplicate items.</p>
