      <p class="para_topic">Generate reports based on the selected type of attribute information. These reports allow you to list different types of attributes and the specific values of those attributes.</p>

      <p class="para_topic">The attribute report is set up in fields. You can change the field width to a maximum of 132 characters.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">The following options are available.</p>

      </table><br><div class="title_division">Key Titles &amp; Values</div>
      <p class="para_division">List the key attribute information in two formats: the multi key and the single key. The first supplies information keyed on up to eight different attributes; the second format supplies information keyed on only one attribute. You can use the data type options to generate attribute reports.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Multi Key Report</div>
      <p class="para_division">Create an attribute report keyed on several attributes. This report can display up to eight attribute fields, using the object name as the basis for displaying the attribute.</p>
      <p class="para_division">A multi key report matches all of the selected objects with all of the specified key and auxiliary titles.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Key and Auxiliary Titles</div>
      <p class="para_division">Key and auxiliary titles allow you to specify the headings for the listings of the report. Titles and values describe the attributes. A key title allows you to search for the objects containing the defined attribute title with the specific value. An auxiliary title allows you to search for the objects containing the specified attribute title with any value.</p>
      <p class="para_division">Change the character width of any field by entering a new value.</p>

                  <p class="para_note_body">  After the keys/auxiliaries of a data type have been specified, the same data type is locked in and can not be changed again.</p>

      <p class="para_division">To create a multi key report:</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select the objects on which the report is to be based.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Enter the key titles and values.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Enter the auxiliary titles.</p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <div class="title_division">Single Key Report</div>
      <p class="para_division">Use this option to display one attribute type in a single field format.</p>
      <p class="para_division">A single key report is based on the title (key) of only one attribute. The report lists each of the unique values of the attribute, the number of objects (No. Of Instances) having each value, and the total number of objects having the specified attribute. This report can be helpful, if you need to know, for example, how many objects have a particular cost attribute and what those costs are.</p>

            <p class="para_item">Enter the key title. </p>
