      <p class="para_topic">Translucency controls the amount of light that passes through an object.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">To make the selected objects opaque to all light (light is completely blocked from passing through them):</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Move the slider all the way to the left (to zero).</p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <p class="para_topic">To increase the translucency:</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Drag the slider to the right (the percentage of opacity of the selected objects decreases).</p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <p class="para_topic">To reach the peak amount of translucency for the selected objects (the greatest possible amount of light can pass through):</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Move the slider all the way to the right (100).</p>
         </li>

      <p class="para_topic">For solid models, the solid body color is used for wire-frame display, while the solid face color is used for shaded image display. However, solid faces can still be selected by color in Class Selection when the display is wire-frame.</p>
