      </table><br><p class="para_topic">There are a couple basic controls for the radiosity portion of the calculation. You will find this control in the High Quality Image dialog under Advanced Setup or View&rarr;Visualization&rarr;Shade&rarr;Advanced Setup.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">The main control is the quality slider which has a range from 0 to 15. The quality slider sets up the overall accuracy of the radiosity calculation and the percentage of light that needs to be accounted for in order to complete the process.</p>

      </table><br><p class="para_topic">As you can see, the Radiosity preprocessor can calculate how indirect light is distributed through an enclosed environment yielding a physically accurate lighting simulation. The preprocessing step is time and compute resource intensive, but the results can be quite dramatic.</p>
