      <p class="para_topic">The Playback Navigation option (or Preview Animation if you are working on the Create Animation dialog) allows you to play back and view the animation trajectory currently highlighted in the Navigate dialog list box. The playback adopts the current graphics display settings (i.e., wireframe, fully shaded, hidden edges, etc.).</p>
      <p class="para_topic">Choosing Playback Navigation displays the Preview Animation dialog.</p>

      <p class="para_topic">The name of the current key frame that is being used to generate the display in the graphics window is shown next to the Frame: label. The interpolated frame number within that key frame is appended to its name. (The key frame itself has no interpolation number.) For example, a key frame display might look like the following:</p>
      <p class="para_topic">Frame: Frame0</p>
      <p class="para_topic">Interpolated frame number 6 within the key frame named Frame0 is shown as:</p>
      <p class="para_topic">Frame: Frame0+6</p>
      <p class="para_topic">The Play button runs or &quot;plays&quot; the trajectory from the current frame to the end. If the animation is already at the end, the Play button resets to the zero frame and plays the entire animation sequence.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">As you play back animation, the frame scale slider moves in sync with each frame as it is shown in the graphics window. If you step through the animation frame-by-frame using the single frame buttons (Back one Frame, Forward one Frame), the frame slider tracks the movement and displays each frame number. You can use the frame scale slider to quickly move to any frame in the animation trajectory. Every time you stop at a location on the slider, the graphics window displays the view associated with that frame.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">Use the Back button to return to the Navigate dialog (or the Create Animation dialog, if you launched Preview Animation from there).</p>
