In the case of complete circles, the software defines the vector at the circle center, normal to the circle's plane. In the case of an arc, the software defines the vector normal to arc's plane, through the arc center.

The <b class="uiTerm">Part Navigator</b> displays an associative vector as <b class="uiTerm">Vector</b> and a non-associative vector as <b class="uiTerm">Fixed Vector</b>.
