      </table><br><p class="para_topic">You can use the Printer Administration dialog to edit printer definitions in an existing printer group directory, or to create a new printer group directory and define printers in the new directory.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">The dialog presents two modes to support the distinct edit or create tasks you might perform. </p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">In edit mode, you choose an existing printer group directory so you can define printers or edit printer definitions in this printer group. </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">In create mode, you specify a path for a new printer group directory so you can define printers in the new printer group. </p>
         </li>

      <p class="para_topic">In either case, after you specify the printer group directory and click OK, the software displays the Printer Administrator dialog to permit you to define printers, edit printer definitions, and specify printing options.</p>
