      </table><br><div class="title_division">About the Sectioning Tool</div>
      <p class="para_division">The Sectioning Tool looks similar to the WCS. However, the Sectioning Tool axes are positioned relative only to each other and therefore, are not labeled like the WCS. The Sectioning Tool acts like a steering mechanism much like a virtual joystick. It is always visible and displayed at the center of the active plane.</p>

               <p class="para_td">The three Translation Handles are the cone-shaped arrows along each of the three axis. Use the translation handles to move the plane(s) along an axis.</p>

               <p class="para_td">The three Rotation Handles are the spheres located on the curved lines. You can select one of the three handles and use it to rotate the planes about the axis opposing the selected handle.</p>

               <p class="para_td">The Origin Handle is the square handle touching the plane in the center of the Sectioning Tool. It serves as the center of rotation for the three axes. Use this handle to snap or drag the planes to any 3D point.</p>
