      </table><br><p class="para_topic">To use a banner, in the File -&rarr; Plot dialog, set the banner option to either Default Banner, or Prompt for Banner.</p>

            <p class="para_item">Default Banner</p>
            <p class="para_item">Uses a standard banner as specified by defaults.</p>

            <p class="para_item">Prompt for Banner</p>
            <p class="para_item">Displays the Banner Options dialog for customizing the banner.</p>
            <p class="para_item">To apply a banner, set customer defaults to specify the content of the banner and the arrangement of the banner on plots. The banner is composed of fifteen individual text entries that are arranged in three lines, with five entries per line. </p>

            <p class="para_item">Set a customer default to indicate the content of each entry. </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Set the content of an entry to the part name, the user name, or any of several other predefined values, or leave any entry blank. </p>

            <p class="para_item">Set the content of an entry to an arbitrary ASCII (non-localized) message.</p>

      <p class="para_topic">If you apply a banner, then when generating a CGM file for plotting, NX records the banner text in the CGM file. The NX Print dialog processes the banner like any other geometry in the CGM file.  For example, banner content is included in page-fitting calculations, and scaled as any other geometry is scaled.</p>
