      <p class="para_topic">Like macros and custom programs, you can easily add a journal to a custom toolbar button. To do so, use the following steps.</p>
      <ol type="1" start="1">
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">From main menubar area, click <b class="uiTerm">MB3</b> and choose <b class="uiTerm">Customize</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Click <b class="uiTerm">New</b> on the <b class="uiTerm">Customize</b> menu and enter a name for your custom toolbar.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">From the <b class="uiTerm">Customize</b> dialog, select the <b class="uiTerm">Commands</b> tab.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">In the <b class="uiTerm">Categories</b> list, select <b class="uiTerm">New</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">From the <b class="uiTerm">Commands</b> list, select <b class="uiTerm">New User Command</b> and drag and drop it to the new toolbar.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Right click on <b class="uiTerm">New Command</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select <b class="uiTerm">Edit Action</b> and make sure the <b class="uiTerm">File Type</b> is set to <b class="uiTerm">Journal File</b> and assign the journal to the button's action command.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Modify any other options you want and click <b class="uiTerm">Close</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
      </ol>
