      <p class="para_topic">The Queue dialog displays the status of any queued or completed jobs during their life cycle. Print jobs can be monitored and, if necessary, removed. </p>

               <p class="para_td">To select a job, click in the list to highlight it. Then use View Log File to verify completed processes or track down a job failure. The job can be removed at this point by clicking Remove Job. </p>
               <p class="para_td">To remove all jobs in the queue, click the Remove All Jobs button. </p>
               <p class="para_td">The administrator can configure the server to automatically remove jobs after a predefined time period has elapsed. </p>

               <p class="para_td">To select a job, click in the list to highlight it. Then use View Log File to check the status of the job. The job can be removed at this point by clicking Remove Job. </p>
               <p class="para_td">To remove all jobs in the queue, click the Remove All Jobs button. </p>

               <p class="para_td">Depending on the stage a Print Job is at, the following messages will be displayed as to the current status. </p>
               <ul>
                  <li>
                     <p class="para_item">Running - The job is active and being processed by the server. </p>
                  </li>
                  <li>
                     <p class="para_item">WaitingForFiles - Files are being transferred to the server for processing. </p>
                  </li>
                  <li>
                     <p class="para_item">Done - The job was completed successfully and should be plotting or already plotted. </p>
                  </li>
                  <li>
                     <p class="para_item">Error - A problem occurred during the processing of this job. View the log file for details. </p>
                  </li>
               </ul>

               <p class="para_th">Retrieving Output Files</p>

            <td colspan="1" rowspan="1">
               <p class="para_td">If an export format is the desired output instead of a printer, Print will need to retrieve the file upon job completion. What this means is that once the job has finished processing, the output file is copied from the work area to the location specified upon submission. </p>
               <p class="para_td">There are two ways to achieve this: </p>
               <ul>
                  <li>
                     <p class="para_item">Retrieve the output file for each job individually by selecting the required log from the Completed Jobs window and clicking the Retrieve Output File button. </p>
                  </li>
                  <li>
                     <p class="para_item">Click the Auto Retrieve button. </p>
                  </li>
               </ul>
