      <p class="para_topic">Use the Large Model page to set preferences that improve the viewing characteristics for large models. You can apply these characteristics to any size part, however, the intent is to improve the viewing dynamics of large models. These viewing dynamics include rotate, pan, zoom, and navigate.</p>

               <p class="para_td">The size of model you choose determines which options are available to you based on preset defaults. Custom allows you to access all settings so you can change the standard options.</p>

The level of detail NX uses depends on available levels of detail in the part for a given object, the apparent screen size of the object, and its position within the scene. Objects further away from the viewer may have less detail than closer objects, even if they have the same apparent screen size. Specifying <b class="uiTerm">Full</b> <b class="uiTerm">Detail</b> renders all objects with the highest level of detail available. With <b class="uiTerm">Low</b> <b class="uiTerm">Detail</b>, NX uses the lowest available level of detail.
