      <p class="para_topic"> Use this option to specify a point at an angle along an arc or ellipse.</p>

      <p class="para_topic"> You enter an angle value in degrees. The angle is referenced from the positive XC axis and is measured counterclockwise in the WCS. You can also define a point on the unconstructed portion (or extension) of an arc.</p>
