      <p class="para_topic"> It may not always be obvious what is expected of the user when a macro suddenly stops at a user entry point (see above for details about what a User Entry point is). In order to provide some help for the user, you may want to include with your entry point an optional informative dialog with some simple instructions on how to proceed at a particular user entry point.</p>
      <p class="para_topic"> The dialog shown below displays during macro recording when you select the User Entry with Instructions option.</p>

      <p class="para_topic"> The User Entry with Instructions option works the same as the User Entry option (i.e., it opens a user entry point), except that you are given the opportunity to include some brief help text for the user. This dialog is an input form for the instructions you would like the user to see on encountering the user entry.</p>
      <p class="para_topic"> You can enter single-line instructions for the user in both fields of the form, optimally using the first field for specific instructions, and the second for basic procedures on completing the NX dialog (although you do not have follow this form; you can enter any instructions on the two lines).</p>
      <p class="para_topic"> To abort the user entry point, click Cancel. The user entry point will not be recorded.</p>
      <div class="title_division"> User Entry Playback Instructions</div>
      <p class="para_division"> Interaction with NX is immediately available when user entry points are encountered during macro playback. If the User Entry with Instructions option was used to create a user entry point, a playback instruction dialog may display during playback. The playback instructions are meant to aid the user in completing the NX dialog for that user entry point.</p>

      <p class="para_division"> The user is free to read any instructions, and interact with the NX dialog.</p>
      <div class="title_division"> Overriding User Entry Instructions During Playback</div>
      <p class="para_division"> If when playing back macros, you do not want to see any user entry instruction playback dialogs, you can specify the following customer default to override them: UG_macroUserEntryShowInstPrompt: on</p>
      <p class="para_division"> If this customer default is ON, macros that have user entry instructions will always display the instruction dialogs during playback.</p>
      <p class="para_division"> If the customer default is OFF, you will not see any user entry instruction dialogs during playback, whether the macros you are running were recorded with them or not.  </p>
